Enhanced brand and promotional opportunities through website redesign.  Conducted UX interviews to understand customer perspective, pain points and value gaps. Created wireframes and prototypes for usability testing.  Updated website includes focus on audience targeting, niche programming and direct CTAs to drive inquiries and purchases.

Drove product marketing strategy for niche academic programs in exercise science, kinesiology, human movement science, strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition and performance. Increased lead performance by 30% through advanced scoring, targeted nurtures, and funnel optimization while expanding organic lead share to reduce paid media reliance. Built a centralized sales enablement library for consistent program messaging and launched a call center partnership to accelerate speed-to-contact and improve lead-to-application conversions.

Hired as the Director of Marketing to develop recruitment goals and strategies for EdTech bootcamp startup. Managed creative agency, digital media agency, career training partnerships and HubSpot diamond partner. Led CRM migration project for 12 university partner microsites from Webflow to HubSpot CMS.

These efforts augmented applications for Fall 2019 by 10% and increased graduate enrollment in 2019 by 22%.

The EdTech and higher education sectors are where I’ve built my career in product management, marketing, acquisition and customer retention. I’m a strategic marketing leader with strengths in research, data analysis, user experience design and website development.

With 20+ years in leadership, I have had the honor of serving employees, executives, customers, vendors, students, parents and administrators. They’ve all taught me how to successfully unite teams, negotiate complex terms and project-manage processes along the way.  I love camping, barre3, family adventures, gardening and relaxing on my back porch.
